i noticed that my mixes were a bit thin and true high pass i cut the energy out , i think most of us think that we have to high pass everything . so i found this video
see what you find or think about it !in a way it makes sense

DONE ? well its not about a preset but that most of the time we use a high pass on everything ,and don't think what we doing .the sometimes you need a phaselinear instead the default settings and so on
