Yom Kippur is not a holiday therefore you don't say "Happy Yom Kippur".
It is a "Day of Atonement" or judgement day. It is a day in which jews fast for 25 hours and confront sins and guilt by saying "sorry" and seek forgiveness for all that we have done wrong during the course of the year.
