all of you who have an interest in high quality audio reproduction AND do believe a good cable does have a significant impact on the sound:
check out the new tesla series from synergistic research at
http://www.synergisticresearch.com/page/tesla
for me these cables are really a big leap forwards soundwise. the make the music sound slower (because of removing background noise very efficiently, through the active shielding against electromagentic waves) and more somehow more analogue..
and no: i do not work for those guys. i just upgraded my system with a "T3" power cable for my amp and a "accelerator" speaker cable, and all i can say is WOW... music starts to flow and feels just "right"
anyway. hearing is believing. just check it out

well, hehe.. it sounds funny. i am a scientist, and i can see some points they make on the website about their techniques but they won´t explain facts in details.. so i thought its just blabla to make you think its special..
but in the end your ears tell you what is working, and actually i don not care why they sound so good, but they certainly do!
if you are into high end i would not recommend you to try those cables at home if you cannot afford them |

as is said. i do not understand the technical texts on the website.. and i do not believe they offer enough information to be able to understand what they want to say at all..
i do have the chance to test a lot audio gear, because a friend of mine is running a shop with high end stuff. i tell you i am disspointed quite often from pricey and well reknown equipment.
tested nordost cables before these.. they do offer a lot off detail but do not sound very "musical" at all... go to their website and they will tell you another story how they found the holy grail of cable technology...
but then sometimes you find really reliable and good products among tons of crap..
i´ve stopped reading and thinking about that tech specs. i just trust my ears.. and only on my system in my living room.
these cables, for me and my system are the shizzle!

Well, the experiment decides..if they sound better to you no one can tell you they don't.
Where did you get them/how much do they cost?
  You believe in the users?
Yeah, sure. If I don't have a user, then who wrote me? |

LOL what have the marketing section been smoking to invent the term "Quantum Tunneling conditioning process" and then apply it to a cable. =D
Please anyone explain to me what that does to a soundsignal

They are actually melting the cables with 2 million volts so cables become single unit.. If I knew that before I would took my cables to school and ask physic teacher to fry my cables too.. We were making such experiments but never fried cables..
But how much those fried cables cost?

Well, I prefer something like a Virus Ti Snow over a pair of cables. |

at this price, you got "Ultra High End" thermo-retractable plastic, that adds to the electromagnetic shielding properties of the "also ultra high end" multi-cables sock....
Ohh no sorry, that's for the "DIY" design tendancie, people's now wants home-made style, not industrial. They price high, for being the pionneers in a new way of life...

well, the topic is called to all audiophiles..
per definition this goes out to nerds who are willing to pay a substantial amount of money on gear to achieve a nice sound..
soooo it is quite clear this is not a bargain product...
but have in mind: it is quite commonly accepted in this forum that people spend 3.8k€ on K+O O300 monitors..
but when it comes to cables there is a big deal about high prices "why do they have to be so expensive, its only metal"
well, this metal is getting the info to your fuckin expensive speakers, and believe me, if you invest a substantial amount of money in amps and speakers, you better invest some money in decent cables, because you do not know shit about the capabilities of your system if you underestimate the effect of cables.. its all about the small current that flows to the speakers right?
all we talk about is electricity.. so better filter out electric rubbish before your amps and make sure your highly sensitive signal arrives at your speaker the way it should..
thats jsut my personal experience..
always fun to see the reactions on that kind of stuff... i totally understand these because i was the same. and up to now, i only trust gear i have had in my living room ;-)

I just wish the manufacturers could supply some "fucking info", how about some diagrams on freq response of the measured signal.
But i guess its soooo much better to use a quasi rhetoric like "enhanced air, improved bass response, a more layered holographic sound field, and a richer mid-range with a blacker background and lower noise floor.". It works in politics so it should work here as well

And what does that have to do with speaker cables?
i do agree with you that if you buy proper gear than you aren´t supposed to get 10€ cables, but 950$ ..... get real
