This is a very basic one we created.
http://littlei.in/photos/images/20090128042950_n501657579_1015560_100.jpg
(12x) : 2 ft long (1 inch by .5 inch) wooden pieces painted black.
Hammer small nails into them at 1 or .5 inch intervals.
Use all 12 of them to construct a cube structure. The ends are joined by hammering in bigger nails after cutting the edges at an angle (45 degrees)
Once you have your frame you use the basic stringart formula. First to last, second to second last....twice on each of the six sides.
Liking what you did there endo

Very nice Yidam! What did you use for the blue string? I know that sounds silly but I can't find any other string colors other than red, green, and white. Does the white show up as blue?

thanks yep. that's white coming off at blue due to to the UV... long exposure on the camera I guess.
We use regular and flouro wool out here as it's extremely cheap. white, green/yellow, pink/red |
