NOTHING can be defined by any set of rules. Rules can only describe categories and "things" may or may not fit those descriptions.
However, I find this tips very interesting and true. Just another example of an old rule. As soon as you add any amount of money in the room... all virtues fly out trough the window. Psytrance died somewhere on the turn of the century.

I still believe psytrance beat is really a wildcard. Based on fast 4/4 you can create really anything with any flavor. I still surprise myself with new tracks.
There is an evolution in this whole psytrance concept.
It's about music and eventho this is nice to read, i still believe there is always a chance to break the rules and mutate the paradigm.  |
