Wow looking at this thread it is quite a common problem amongst trancers.
Maybe this thread will randomly pop in my head next time im hugging the speakers and i will take a few steps back.

I like ambience without beats the most ,interesting post Gutter.. noise is palliative for tinitus ...but the whole time noise music in night would be heavy for me haha

I think I have it also, pretty much sucks. Though I dont think mine is listening to loud music related, just a gift from the mandotory military service I had to go through and loud gunshots  Went to a doctor bout it and she prescribed some medicine but didnt work

yes of course you can make it your own, its not a big deal to filter a white noise
but you missed the point, that noise is palliative for tinnitus
this is the shit

probably not connected tho
you should go to the ear doctor maybe some cleaning will help. it did for me amazing stuff.. had one ear almost 50% hearing only.. (no bass!?Q!$&$) 2 minutes of suction and hearing is back to normal.
seriously guys buy good earplugs. not expensive and is a must.
and dont dance inside the speaker they are designed for long distance.
