This CD is Timewarp’s second soloalbum, featuring 9 tracks of chill and dubby atmo-grooves. “Time in waves” will try to give you a mental flavour of smooth electronic sounds combined with the character of the ethereal chill out ambient senses ….
A chillout out album not to be missed!
The mind behind Timewarp act is Angelos Stoumpos from Greece, he was introduced to electronic music 15 years ago .Captivated by the fledging technology's potential he started working on his own sounds and soon found his musical identity in the area of chill sound beats. He started expanding the character of his music, combining smooth trance baselines with melodic instruments like the flute, percussions and vocals, creating a very characteristic warm ethereal trance sound. At the same time his production style moved into progressive waters obtaining a dark, rough edge that gave his music a dramatic intensity. His well-defined music signature can be easily identified in all his productions from ambient downtempo to nu dance. Timewarp has contributed in many releases with record labels like Ecco Chamber (A), Mediterranean Beat Rec. (USA) and Loopsnoo Recs. (Greece) and did music for commercial motion tv spots.

I have a copy of Animamundi(Angelo`s first album) so I knew about the potential of Timewarp.
But yesterday when I get my copy of Time In waves.......well,"I had a trip once".
I was literally crying  with all this atmospheres,melodies,beauty basslines.
Wow,such a beautiful surprise,pure pure magic  !!!
Please,buy the original,he deserves it!!!
My fake plants died, because I did not pretend to water them. |

I have my copy also and yes,I absolutely agree.
This cd is about emotions,don`t miss this one,special stuff indeed!!!
