select the sample... in the top of the arrange window, create a loop/whatever of how long u want the sample to be using the locators... then click on adjust region length to locators.. and voila... |

i also realized tha sometimes, all i need to do is import a sample and it automatically gets synced to tempo...
anyway, i don`t know why it only works with some samples...

thats because they are made in the apple loop format (which basically matches the bpm to the track), companies like big fish etc are using this more and more.. also be a little carefull here because say a sample that is not an apple loop is 144 bpm and ur track is 145 it will look ok in the arrange window unless u go in deep.. so always check that..
