its not layered but it has two osc..i thought id try and be different and use an additive wave shape along with a vintage saw which then twisted it..z3ta is good for this kinda thing when it comes down to different timbres...

i made sure everything below 200hz in mono (bx control) so no need for eq layering aslong as u use mono fix sum point u brake rulez...im glad u like coz i can get carried away and assume its soundin tidy when actually it isnt - especially on headphones at mo.......
im doing experiments on gettin bass positive phase spatial rather than clicky low filter dead center - i thinks its time for a change, i wont use this as the concept but i think u get the picture.. thanks for listening.

btw i was guna go for that picture uv got of that prism yesterday lol...woulda been funny if i did, nearlly went for the Pink floyds cover lol

Lol. i can change mine if u want
I'm trying to make some layered basslines, but still can't really grasp the concept, maybe untrained ear's keep me doubting, i'm kinda tired of the classic very clean snappy bassline, if i one day make sometyhing like this i'll be very happy

u got the picture first lol u keep it..

the bass has a chorus on it or also wiv un-triggered detuned osc thats all and hes automated the cutoff and points -

mate u can do that - get on it

and by the way it doesnt have to be layered to widen it slightly , just be sure to cut out the low end in its "Sides" if widen bass and ul be good to go
