I guess the rest of the info is the usual -
The TLV is in the 'Old Ganey HaTa'arucha'. The C-Room is the small room of it that faces the sea (hence the name, I guess...)
Doors usualy open at 00:00-1:00 and the party lasts till 6:00-7:00.
The usual price is 80NIS (They publish 70NIS, all the time, but they always charge 80 at the entrance...)
