Tell me about you and your projects.
My Name's SImon Schwendener i'm 24 years old and life in switzerland .
I have 2 Projects one is called Freakulizer (more Deep Groving Fullon) the other one is Thujon (More Fullonmorning orientated) ...
but at the moment as Thujon i make just Dj Sets because i am working on my Album for Freakulizer ...
As and when it appeared the interest for the trance music?
The first time i heard Psytrance was in 1995 in my brothers room ...he was Dj and played Psytrance ...
after a few Months i got into Trance ...
When you decided to start yours project?
It was arround 2000 ... when i bought my first Laptop ...
I thought i need something more then Djing ...
So i installed some softwares and started to practise ...
You had supports of anybody that already it produced electronic music or you tried your alone luck?
The first 2 Years i just worked alone ... then in 2002 Sesto Sento came for a visit to switzerland ...
where we made the first cellebration called Satyram ... The guys showed me a lot of good Tips and Tricks ,,,
that helped me a lot ...
Then a while later Vik (Cybercartell) came to my place and we made the Track "Mental Flight" ...
Also Eskimo , Silent Sphere showed me some stuff who realy helped my music ...
The remixes for Psysex and Ultravoice have been also a good thing for me ...
As you felt yourself when you finished your first music?
I felt like a little child lost in the Playground ... because it almost didn't sound like Trance ...
which was your first publishing company in the trance music?
hmmm ... first i played for Phantasm records UK for some time ... then for Agitato Records ISR... (big thanxx to both Labels) ,
Now i am singed in Alchemy Records UK , wich is a realy nice Label imo ...
My first Track was released in Headroom records ...
How do you see your contributions with other projects, which your relation with them?
I have a lot of respect to other Artists , there are a ew amazing Producers ...
I made rmx to Psysex and to Ultravoice (thanxx to both Artist) what i realy enjoyed ...
I hope soon i can make some more cellebrations with other Artists , but right now i have a lot of work with my Album ,
Tell me about your comming album and the message that you try to transmit with your musics for all the ''trance lovers'' :
I Worked a long time for my album and my Music to get to this Point ... Finaly i'm happy how it sounds ...
I think it's a dancfloor orientated Album with deep grooves and some spices ...
"Dance untill u'r feets are burning" hahaha
What you find of the trance movement in the world?
I like it a lot to go to different countries and see the different Tranceparties ...
i think right now Trance music is in a way to get more and more commercial ... See u soon in MTV (laughting) ...
And in portugal?
I haven't been in Portugal yet , just saw Pictures from the Boomfestival and those looks greeeat ...
I hope i will be soon in Portugal ...
What is the software and the hardware that you use in the music production?
At the moment i make Softwarebased mMusic ... Cubase SX 2.2 , and a lot of different VST and VSTi ,
for Live Sets i use Ablethon Live ...
I used to work in a friends Studio for a while because we tryed to start a Tranceproject togethter .
There we used : Nordlead 2 , Roland SH 101 , Korg Triton , Oberhain OB 12 and some effect processors .
I think soon i will buy a Korg MS 2000 & Nordlead 3 .
A message for who is to start one project in the trance music.
hmmm ... Don't copy , and don't give up fast , work , work and work more ... With the time u get better and better
