yeah good speech, i think you need to look inside more closely if you are willing to try, and even if nothing 'spiritual' happens you still feel good after some meditation or some of the sort.
Or take a good long time on teh crapper...

I got thrown out once coz i stripped on stage.
But it was alright till i got to my boxers, then shit really hit the fan.
It read "I adore Skazi".
