@ phoonadza , not condoning what they have done but I think if a cover designer is using an illustration you've got to expect tonal/perspective/texture changes.
adding the headphones should have been crosschecked (it looks quite silly anyway), and they should have shown the design to you before finalizing. Very surprised a label like Bluetunes would do this, hope they gave you credit in the liner notes.

Shit bro they killed your work...No doubts. It also happened to me one time. You spend time to build something nice and a "graphic designer" just cut everywhere and break the balance...Bueuha...The headphones are useless and so badly done (and transparent btw).
But basically if they bought your illustration they are free to do whatever they want. Off course as Yidam said they should have shown the design to you before finalizing, but legally it is not an obligation.

The picture shows a Sufi dervish meditating. He uses an ancient Sufi technique called whirling. You turn around your own center of equilibrium and in the process become awakened, or enlightened or whatever you want to call it. I can definitely see a connection there...
