Created by Raul Mejia and Juan Carlos Navarro Ecliptic have been working on their very own groove for over 5 Years. Their unique sound has made thousands dance in the sunny mornings and afternoons of Mexico's biggest festivals as well as the VOOV in Germany and Brazil's UNIVERSO PARALELLO. This year, Earthdance Southern California would like to respond to the recent tragedy in the Golf Coast region and the ongoing humanitarian disaster in Africa. Earthdance was founded on the principles of philanthropy. The path to global peace is strengthened through charitable acts and building solidarity with people in need. By reaching out and giving in this very critical time we can promote a unified humanity and provide genuine assistance to people so desperately in need right now both locally and globally.
A portion of the proceeds from Earthdance 2005 (LA) will goto K.V.A.C (Katrina Victims Action Coalition) for relief supplies as well as NextAid, an organization dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for children orphaned by AIDS in Africa. We will also be collecting new and used items to donate to hurricane victims in Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. Please check the K.V.A.C website http://www.kvac.us closer to the Earthdance gathering on September 17th for a current list of needed supplies.

Ecliptic's tribal grooves would be perfect for morning delight. Cannot wait to hear it...and thier chill music, too....Earthdance this year is going to be an kickass party based on great concept like katrina relief. I will see you guys there...

LUNAR SOUND.
I cannot recomend their tracks highly enough.
it is the best new chillout act there is out there...!!!
They have seriously PHAT production, and multi-layered grooves that will tickle your brain into ecstasy.
I really wish I could make it to So. Cali for this! There is no downtempo act I would rather see than LUNAR SOUND! |

Lunar Sound is brilliant. I just heard the CD after someone from Mexico recommended it... turned my mind into jelly.

This party is going to be killer...Pretty much everyone i know is going....Ecliptic music is outstanding....I've been playing their tracks in Brazil and here for a while and everytime the reaction on the dancefloor is amazing...Those Jotos Know what they're doing.....Groooovelicious.....
