thinking about upgrading to sx3

im working with sx2 and thinking about moving to sx3, just wanted to know what is the main diffrence and if its worth the price.
what new features do you use?

on the steinberg page there should be a pdf with all the new features, also for the updates on sx 3

i read the new features but its hard to tell how much they are usefull just by reading, mostly only when you use it you really know how much its important. |

yes you are really right! my experience is that it is not really that important to always have up to date software because it wastes alot of creative time to change many things all the time

well in cubase sx3 case, there are great improovements. most of them to make it even more user friendly!
for me the best part are the small details.. for example: direct access to the inserts and track EQ of a MIDI track from the edit window (no more endless F3 pressing to get those plugins runing!), and as far as i can tell, time streching is much faster!..
like these small details there are many more... i really advise you to upgrade
