Haha just check the subject! ^^

You know those big area-covering thingys, maybe made of rubber or something, wich you hang in corners so it forms spikes. u know what i mean?

Anyways i am having a party and i intend to make those, anyone know what materials to use?

yes, that is lycra! its a fabric that stretches. Find a shop that sells fabrics, Indian shops are usually a good place to look.
