full_on u understood the question right and now i understood the purpose of this thread.
Guess u r right. A live set has always been dull for me compared to the dj sets. Live sets dont give much scope for the artist to react according to the dancefloor n the vibe. Another thing i have noticed with few ppl(few!!!) is tat they prefer to do a live set on their laptops coz they r not really good at their beat matching on the cdjs. But then cant totally disagree tat live sets lack a positive vibe. It works for few ppl and doesnt for some. But then its not all about satisfying a certain percentage of the dancefloor...is it.
Wud like to know from the artists point of view on this.

The thing is that it does not really matter if there was or not a live act in goa all that matters is the music that comes out of those speakers, the nature and the vibe of the people this is what creates trance. Today the music is not psychedelic anymore so it does not create an experience! It's just another party were people take loads of drugs and have no idea of music education...Too many people come into the scene and now everything is mixed up it's not so simple anymore!
