dreamt i was holding a tiny newborn in a towel a few nights ago , freaked the fuck out of me , woke up sweaty , i think kids are creepy lol ... im nowhere near fathering a kid or anything . it was fucking weird , i have no idea what it means ... no more wake n bake , lol

damn id love to sleep so healthy again for long houres in one turn.Without turning left and right thousands times each hour and ahhh I tell you Im always a real insomnaic for almost half of my life.You would not believe.
I dont think I can sleep longer than 3 houres without a break.Sometimes yes but 'normally' not.
5 houres of real sleep is awesome for me for a whole 24 hour day.It is very often not possible.
Often even 2 houres is not possible ,sometimes i dont sleep for 2 days and than again for instance a 2 houre sleep haha this is brutal.
Not matter if ina relation ship or alone ,no matter if smoking all the night or sober for months,this sleeplessness is 90% present and so heavy.
I thin the day for me should look like 36 houres day,than it might would be possible.My sleep changes the starting and ending points each day but somehow regularly..this is strange.
And I dont wish that to anybody.
Sometimes sooo rarely I really sleep long ,unforutnately always after a trip then I sleep like a king or when i got really free for long and just enjoy only the time and personal space.I have a lucid dream very seldom ,but Im luck i have it sometimes.

u should see a doc for that , its not an uncommon problem . when did u first get like this ? u think it might be tripping related or something ? .. sequencer/video game addiction ?

no again the last night i slept maybe only 2 houres and Im tired as hell but I guess i will sleep not really or maybe again not much.I dont know its definetly not because of tripping,just too much energy in mind or sth like this I dunno.yeah my doc knows it for long ,I know him my half life ,he even got my old bong still at his home for years,but I stopped bonging he can have my bong.But no its not because of drugs I dont know somehow i am like that unfortunately.Sleep is so good.Wish I get it more.thansk..ps also yes im sequencer addictive totaly,mostly I produce the whole day in studio (now that Im single for 12 houres today studio is often the case) and later when ideas come I give up trying sleep and starting new tracks.Greetings
ps the last month im even totaly sober no ganja no alc nothing,water more .Ganja can help when making a braek like this,but harvest comes still in few weeks.

i think u got to do some physical activity before u try to sleep...whatever be it ...i think this might help..your body is tired and needs rest and all u can do is sleep .it has helped me...hope it helps you too

thanks but I do very much.. im sleep stand up (today 7 hour in morning) and go out and get back when its midnight I mean i finish when its midnight mostly,Im at home even a bit later and it was a day full of action to the fullest .. thats everyday only sunday is a freeday.I love my acitivities dunno yesterday I could sleep for 5 houres ! after days of almmost insomnia but I take it easy i just work somehow like that.Thanks for help

..it started like a subtle dream, me watching some green mountains, looking on into a gorge/valley all green and flush,looking with interest standing upon a big stone. suddenly the floor, gave way and the stone went underwater, finding my self underwater did not concern me much as the depth was only around 20 feet till the surface, and i can swim,so i decided to look around, and saw stone carved ancient temples around me, submerged under water, afer a brief look, i surfaced and on standing ashore , i saw giant snakes inside the water,huge snakes moving about where i just came out from...woke

Hey mate, i been dreaming about snakes too lately, 2 or 3 times, and very poison too and i was bitten both times... damn those snakes.
Also not long a go i dreamt about worms. creepy stuff

nah mate, my snakes were like big python kindo things, no venom, but the place was calm, i mean i was pretty ok, but weirdness..
then there was this other one where every where my eyes looked, at whatever point in front of my eyes i focus on would react to my looking,changing it, atleast some influence on it,,rest i forgot |
