The road calls, like digital granulated whispers deep within a whirlwind of road signs. As night falls and day breaks, that broken yellow line seems to take on characteristics of...some kind of sick beat at approximately 114bpm. As the road turns, pitches bend. As the elevation rises, so does the heat of the dancefloor. A van speeds down a lonesome highway filled with four teleporting scientists of sound, armed with enough gear and creativity to rock crowds and nod heads from coast to coast. The Vantastic TeleporTour is driving beats through your North American town, with the full intent of crashing through the windshield of your SOUL.
The Great Mundane's new album "Humdrum" will be available for you to cuddle in your hands (also for listening) at all of the events!! Yep, even before world wide release date on the 30th!! Pre release ish!!! Oooooo!

About Kilowatts:
Interview w/ FWD: http://www.fwd.dj/interview/kilowatts-interview
Live Mix @ X for FWD: http://www.fwd.dj/episode/fwd0076
James Watts boasts an impressive and expansive discography of styles and collaborations that dates back to the early 90s demoscene and has steadily progressed forward towards making some of the most influential electronic albums to date. Having worked with some of the greatest minds in the industry, including Bluetech, Bil Bless, Tanner Ross, Peter Van Ewijk, and labels Native State Records, Mothership, Dependent, and Thoughtless Music, he has greeted the challenges in the music business with inspired optimism, smiles, and an infectious easy going attitude. In 2009, he played an extensive tour schedule in cities all over the US and Canada. In the same year we saw his 6th solo album ‘Undercurrent’, the debut Voodeux album ‘The Paranormal’, and the 2nd KiloWatts & Vanek album ‘Focus & Flow’. It’s fair to say the man lives and breathes electronic music.
His work embraces the bulk of electronic genres, including breaks, IDM, techno, and downtempo. His albums on Artificial Music Machine that are full of visionary dimensions, fusing together a dexterous knowledge of sound synthesis, deep emotional articulation, and solid melodic intuition. Peppered throughout these monumental statements are releases with class labels such as Somnia, Thoughtless Music, and his own outlet, KiloWatts Music, that celebrate his adept technical expertise, often bringing a whirlwind of digital wizardry in the form of glitches and edits. The list of projects and collaborations continues to grow, but some of the highlights are: Skeetaz, with breakbeat cohort Bil Bless brings hard-hitting digital glitched-out psychedelic funk. His collaboration with singer Peter Van Ewijk is a mystical ride with vocals and guitar, nested atop edgy electronica. With Tanner Ross, an eerie style of dark techno is born under the name Voodeux for Dirtybird’s techno sublabel Mothership. Fellow Philadelphian MC Amagine delivers consciousness-driven motifs in their digital glitch-hop project called Super Galactic Expansive.

About Aligning Minds:
Interview with FWD: http://www.fwd.dj/interview/aligning-minds-interview
Live mix @ LODA: http://www.fwd.dj/episode/fwd0089
Aligning Minds is the unique and captivating collaboration of two producers using sound to achieve a mutual vision. Ethereal and dubby, uplifting and haunting, their music winds its way through the imaginative souls of its listeners, offering a deep exploration of subsonic mood and emotional atmosphere. Focused on unifying electronic music through diverse influence, their sound fuses elements of many genres like downtempo, dubstep, breakbeat and idm, but without the need for formulaic restrictions.
The Aligning Minds sound is melodic and bass heavy. It’s emotionally charged future music that rides on hypnotic breakbeats, infectious basslines, dubby soundscapes, and idm experimentation for one to dance or lounge to.
Through both mastering their studio skills and live improvisational performances, Aligning Minds have been gaining interest and support from all over the global spectrum of electronic music. They've collaborated and performed with and alongside artists as varied as Edit, OTT, Headhunter, Shen, Robert Manos, Miles Tillman, Jimmy Edgar, Green Velvet, Joe Nice, Milosh, Ana Cia, Kilowatts/Skeetaz, Eliott Lipp, Calmer, Phuture Primitive, AMD, Yab Yum and the list continues. Intent on reaching a musical standpoint of balance and harmony between stylistic ideas, they move forward as a musical force with an ethic of positive growth and change. Currently, they are focusing on their upcoming live performance dates and release schedule, which will set the mark for a very bright future to come. For 2009 they are working on a full length album for Aleph Zero Recordings, an EP for Native State Records, and preparing for many upcoming summer festival and club dates, while maintaining their residencies at the now infamous X/Pulse event in Washington D.C (www.xindc.tv), and the more recent PLD(Producers, Labels, DJ's) at the Muse nightclub in DC.
Their vision expands beyond just music the current aim of the Aligning Minds “movement” is to take their sound - and to share it, to cross stylistic and creative boundaries, to unite people and their ideas, to spread the seed of common understanding - and to drop some muthaf---in’ bass in the process. All ideals aside, this is music from the imaginations, hearts and souls of two producers who want to use music to unite people and assist in positive growth and change.

About The Great Mundane
Shaped by a "Do It Yourself" culture, Jeffrey Acciaioli was driven by his love of music to create the moniker The Great Mundane at first to only satisfy himself. Born and raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan he was exposed and later influenced by genres such as classical, jazz, bossa nova, hip-hop, and electronica. His broad range of favorites and training allow us to enjoy his "one of a kind" sound that is anything but mundane. The Great Mundane's twisting textures, catchy drum whips, and unique soundscapes leave us with a melodic collage that is unlike anything we've heard before. The Great Mundane was first introduced into the Chicago music scene before taking his passion and energy nation wide. Soon international ears were falling upon his unique sounds and requesting his talents. Recognized and appreciated by his untraditional sounds, The Great Mundane worked with Belladonna Records to release two limited time EP's and shortly thereafter signed as an artist to release his debut album "When Falls Arrive" with Psymbolic--sounds.
