This social phenomenon called "faces" got out of hand .
PPL this generalization went to far ! not every one that doent have long hair or dred lucks is a "face".i think its about time we stop this categoring, some ppl forgot the whole meaning of this scene, it is all about patience and welcoming new and different ppl and not about whos pretty and whos unattractive (keep in mind that we all go to parties for the same reason ).
so please next time when you
go to aparty and u see a "face" try to ask your self is he a "face" or just some one that doesnt look like me .

i dont care if ppl have long hair or not...
the fact is that parties today are full with criminals baloon gangstars kids with knifes or just arsim that like to harass girl's.
that's why i decided not to go to parties anymore(sure you will see me from time2time but much much less)i dont like to be among such ppl and as far as i can remember trance dance was never about dancing around 15 armed gorrilas that seppose to keep on your lives.
iv'e seen to many knives and fights inforont of me lately not only in trance parties just open the newspaper.
maybe im just paranoid but from seeing the ppl that goes to parties this days i really feel im risking my life sometimes when going out of the house not talking about making parties which im not doing anymore cause i cant take the responsibility for myfriends or my life anymore.
sad but true...the israeli trance scene 6/05

oran you are totaliy right at those kind of parties we all sould keep away. but you wrote about the paranoiy that is what i am taking about .
the paranoiy and the high risk of going to parties made us all very stereotyping. stereotyping is the problem .once you do that its hard to change ones opinion on some one else.
oran look around the scene man its all about stereotyping categorzing what happen to tolrance and compassion?
regretfully that is what we all are lacking.

unfortunetly you are still dreaming.
i guess you choosed the 2nd option.
iv'e seen "some" fights during during the years and in all the cases the bad guy's feet's to the same profile.

Abe tet me picture the problem for u more clearly. Lets say I see this guy that looks like a troublemaker but I go for tolerance and compassion and decide not to go down to generalization so fast.
I look this dude in the eyes and smile.. As it happens many times in parties.... U probably know that certain gangsta take the stare at the eye as a threat.. and the end of the story is known. If there was a girl in my place, and SHE would look in the eye, that was the end of the party for her for this character would harass her like there is no tomorrow.
Generalization is a procedure taken by our system to make life easier for us. Altho sometimes there are mistakes coming out of generalization, but I prefer to make a mistake one or two times and not find myself in a stuation that I dont want to be in.

yuli you are right but in the process of not making a mistake we make things worse .
let me demonstrat - if one is told frequently
that he is bad he will act bad just to dispite all of those who called him bad.
so to my opinion and to mine only once we keep calling those who are "different " "faces" to my opinion we are just making things worse, think about it man .

i agree with that we are all uman beings,but i also disegree b/c and (i "m not talking specificly on individual persons)
is that i dont have a problem with faces they can do and live how they like but most of them arent my tipe of people and type of thinking and way of living but i"m not saying their isnt good and funny "faces" its very individual i think we are alitlle bit close mided so psyclogicly wothou thinking the brain think about a "face" and dislike him,i actually had pretty good experience with "faces"(i"m sorruy i"m being races i just want to say someting)
and thats all we are all people and thats what matter,but as much as we want to be open and like everyone and all of you that say things about we are all even and all that and its right to think that way but i think its epocracy,would you go to a party full of shimon??
think about that you wont mind few of them in your party but you wont go to their party and its normal we cant force ourself to like evryone in the world,just to respect everone.

girls should try not to look em in the eyes especially cause most of them are on E's ...
and you never know what they can do ...
there are nice "faces" and there are gangstar "faces" who act this way!
I dont care there are arsim in a party as long as they behave themselves ...

Wow, Israel is so different from New York City and New Jersey Parties in so many ways.
1. most guys here at psytrance parties in New York City and New Jersey have short hair or shaved heads.
2. If someone did something violent,like put a knife to your throat here in New York City, they would be put under arrest immedetly, and put in jail for 5 years for just threatening someone.
3. Here in America, the gangstars are to busy making music or throwing trance parties. |
