kriz, perhaps thats the easiest
first of all, what currency do the food/etc booths prefer? it seems its always different in all the festivals, maybe this is more local and they'd like francs?
if one were to be looking for some mind altering snacks, what would the availability be at the festival? what currency would one most likely then need?
whats the easiest way to get to the actual location from, lets say Chur, i can probably make it that far walk and hitchhike? i would be flying in to some airport and then i guess taking a train or something. unless i can get a ride from someone?
replies here and as personal messages are welcome.. |

Swiss francs is the local currency, you can also pay in Euro most of the time... but the rate won't be as good as in the bank.
No official "mind altering snacks" will be available on the food stand.
A shuttle bus will run from Chur... or the nearest reachable place by public transport.
Hope it helped you... BoM! |

@TeodoroMihajlo
there is a public bus driving during the daytime from Chur to Tschiertschen-Praden. We highly recommend to use this transport opportunity. In the evening the public transportation is very limited and we are working on a solution for this. We will keep you updated.
Also for people coming with cars - the parking space at the festival area is very limited because its on a mountain. So we highly recommend that you park your car in Chur and use the public transport for the last part of your journey. Thanks! |

Also the size of the festival area is limited so we highly recommend to purchase your tickets in the presale if you want to make sure that you get inside. This is directed especially at people planning to come "only" on saturday. |

Thanks to everybody for answering :)
How is the weather like in June? I'm guessing pretty warm during the day but does it get cold during the night?
Anybody going from Zürich on friday and willing to give a ride two people in exchange for some gas money? :)
If I take the train is it best to buy the ticket (www.sbb.ch) from the airport to Chur with "Standard ticket incl. Upgrade City Chur" for the bus? Are the trains usually full, do we HAVE to buy the tickets before hand or can we just buy them at the station? |

the party place is at app. 1500 m of altitude. so it can get rather cool during the night. I recommend taking some warm clothes with you. dancing as a maniac helps as well during the day, especially when the sun is shining it will be very warm, almost hot, so please think also of some sun protection

You don't have to buy the bus tickets beforehand. But it is possible that this special ticket you mentioned is a bit cheaper than buying a train ticket and then a separate bus ticket.
any other questions, just ask. we're trying to make it as easy as possible for as many interested freaks as possible to participate in this event. |
