As for me if i hear in 02-00 goatrance or cheesy full on, its horrible situation for me cause my own night vibes cant synchronise with this kind of sounds. I prefer konceptual partys with deep and twisted night, mystic twilight and full power psychedelic morning trance (Ocelot, for example)           http://soundcloud.com/saikozaurus

bleh... boom 2008 had almost every night from around 1 to 5 only "dark" high bpm music which at most of the nights kept me well away from the main stage - i mean a definately dont despise "dark" trance - but i cant stand the irrationally high bpm's (and yes 150bpm is way too fucking much for you to actually listen to sounds other than the bass/kick pounding your ears), of course there were exceptions like mubali/ajja/ocelot and obviously texas faggot (which is completely different from all that was played at night up until the last day), but there was nothing varied about the order of music which atleast from my point of view didnt create a journey but just seperated the festival into two totally different phases - the night and the day - i for one love goa and there are many different types of goa which you can play at night and have that dark atmosphere around them without the need to be based on extremly high bpms... just my 2 cents
