This sounds kinda bad, but I'm trying to find this tune.
It was regularly featured on "A Trip In A Cosmic Buggy" (the west country clubbing tv show from yester year). Has some of these famous lyrics:

Its a trancish tune form about 1999. Thought it ws called "The Past, The Present, The Future."
Any ideas what the tune is?
And where is that speech from?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was used in "Moonraker" by Foremost Poets back in 1998 or so - not sure if this was the first track to use that sample, but I think that's what you are looking for.
Parts of that sample have since been used in psytrance tracks Intergalactic - The Future, and Toast3D - Feel My Drums.
I too have been looking for the actual source for a few years now! Various forums on the net suggest it's from some unknown anime, but it doesn't really sound like that style to me.
I hope someone here knows it!
