no no no no. you got it all wrong.
Guitar is a basic instrument - There is no rock song without a guitar. TB303 is not A basic Instrument. There are many tracks without TB303.
I Really cant understand the hype about it.

Anyway - I agree that there are artists who use In in A good way. But in many tracks its also sounds cheezy and to simple.

I agree with that.
However, overusing usually suggests that the artists should be using less of it. Just like guitars in psy tracks, they got overused some years ago (right after the Skazi/Sun Project boom).
My bottom line is: I like 303 and just like every other instrument or even noise or fart people are using it in A LOT of bad psytracks, which leads to the notion they're overusing it (particularly farts in the elevators are very overused around here).

I cant say that i dislike the TB 303 but i can say that i welcome new kinds of sound,ways of creating and getting different structures of sound.
I like when you hear something that feels unique and just takes you away,when it feels fresh. Anyway,some kinds of sounds seem to always be present,which i dont mind,but i like new ideas ,new ways of expression and working with sound and atmposhere.

I really want one, but its sooo expensive ? Any good alternatives? Please help me or i will never get this shit to sound like Astral Projection (ffs) !

That's why I said It was gr8 in the old days.
I don't understand why you see The nord as a fast food. But maybe I'm to young For This Scene. I have no nostalgic feelings to TB303.
The regular sound- as it is - By TB303 sounds cheesy and Prehistoric For me.
There is one album with Nord Lead That I Like: Vibe Tribe - Melodrama. From the other hand, Erez Izen Uses the Nord In every set and overuses it. So yes the Nord can be cheesy sometimes to.
Anyway – overusing any tool is not good.

Actually most 303 you hear nowadays isn't even a real 303.
