@ everyone
i joined isratrance a year and a half or so ago... ive been listening to trance since i was 15 thats 10 long years... the indian section helped me connect to people, places and ideas that i had no chance to connect with b4.... my friends hate trance, they prefer j'lo (true), so for me the isratrance was the main connection between my life and the trance world...
most people who i met on the forum to start with, have mooved on... regular users.. shive. bhoj (to name a few). etc dont post in the section nemore unless its got something to do with a party, or cd release... now the real quiestion is WHY? Are we indians that out of control that it takes a monitor to scold us and tell us that we are behaving like uneducated choots, i mean damn im embarressed at some of the things people say, and more so THE WAY THEY SAY IT... More so, we indians claim that goa is the 'original' home of trance blah blah blah.. maybe we should act like the gatekeepers to this paradise, and influence cultures from around the world to come check us out, as opposed to getting them to laugh at us and invariably being remove us from the map altogether...
Im not convinced closing the section is going to help though... what ur going to have now is 100, 18 yr old boys with too much time on their hands, buggering up the rest of isratrance.. atleast b4 they were contained to a few rubbish threads in the india section, now i feel they are going to spread like wildfire and ruin the rest of this place... just a thought... i hope im wrong
A good thing abt the section being closed is obvious.. the police have been tracking isratrance for a while, and its good to know that atleast now, were not handing them info on a fucking platter... a lot of great threads (autobiography of a yogi) etc are lost for the time being, hopefully we as a community can work together to get our home thread back.. im sure its not impossible... but it will take restraint from some of us, in what we say and how u say it... its a well known fact that most people in the indian section are really nice great likeminded freaks, and unfortuantely moondust or whatever as someone else said, have brought these monkeys into isratrance, and judging by their attitude here, they are a bunch of kids, so lets not let them get the better of us...

but in a true democracy u would never lose ur right to free speech... u would elect someone (mods) to keep the streets clean, but at the same time let the rest of the population carry on living, because thats what democracy is abt...
So, im pleading with u guys, lets get the section back, lets hope this scare tactic works. and people realise that they are buggering things for alot of people... and more so, let us as indians stand proud, and not embaress ourselves... and think.. for every action there is a reaction...
come on, lets sort this crap out...

I would like to know if the motive behind the section being locked is sincerely because the india section has been misbehaving, or is it because you'll do not have the resources or the potential to maintain a section with such a high number of users.
I have been in the psy scene for a long time now, and personally i consider it insulting when a memeber of the isra trance team publicly says that we indians on the forum do not maintain minimum 'education standards'. Is it respectful to reduce a section consisting of more than 900 members to 'uneducated'? This is a public forum, and I understand that there are certain rules to follow, but do you'll understand that with an increase in the number of users arises the need for more stringent moderation? If the section were to grow to include lets say 5000 memebers, would you expect that things would stay sane and according to the guidelines on the forum? Would you expect all 5000 memebers to follow certain guidlelines? If they didnt, would that reflect the behaviour or 'educational' standards of the entire section? Infact, would you'll be able to afford that many users? or would you'll just blame it on the lack of education and lock the forum anyway?
I dont mean to sound ungrateful, but please, with an increase in the number of users, this was bound to happen, it will happen in the most civilized of forums, the more the users the more the disagreements and conflicts and all kindza crap. So please, if you dont accept growth on this forum, please say so straight, if you are not willing to moderate these people, say so staight, if you dont have the resources, say so straight, we do not want to be a burden to you'll, we'lll find another place together, but please do not insult us by telling us that we do not have the minimum education to have a section of our own. If that statement was directed at certain members, please name them, rather than generalizing and giving the entire indian community a bad name.
Do not use not wanting to encourage 'childish' behaviour as an excuse, if the india section really meant anything at all to you'll, you'll would have taken other measures and the professional thing to do would be to increase moderation. So please, spare us your great favours and come out straight with the real truth.
Once again, i am goin to say this with certainity, what happened in the india section is bound to happen in any section with an increase in the number of active users. Do you'll have the capacity or the desire to handle it? Or are you'll going to blame it on the members by saying shit like they do not follow minimum required educational standards?
p.s: check the avg. number of replies to most topics on every forum and compare it to the avg. on the india forum. now tell me...do you expect that each and everyone will stay ontopic? or do you think more moderation is required to meet your expectations?

@Detox ... please don't post your controverisial crap over here. We really don't need it. This has nothing to do with you bullshitting about 'dark' trance. Why don't you stick to something you really THINK you know about?
