The Nam Shub of Enki aka Kiki Ill is Phillip Thomson, also a member of Monster Zoku Onsomb band, long respected producer, performer and DJ in the Australian underground dance scene.
He released 2 cds as The Nam Shub of Enki:
Consciousness Encoder (WMS Records) and Fuck Piece (Demon Tea records).
He's making Breakbeat, Drum & Bass, Experimental, Breakcore and a bit Psytrance.
The album you're talking about is very hardcore stuff, breakcore and dnb mostly almost no psytrance, but its nice and i liked it.
It released on Creative Space Records. He're some links where you can here a samples and buy it.
