OK peoples,
Thank you all for your support.
We have people willing to help with the decor.
We have people willing to help with the costs.
So I have formulated an idea - It could be that it's terrible but let's see.
Jan 12- sat I go there to visit the loc. Let me know if anyone (especially people wanting to help with setup and would like to get a feel of the place), would like to meet me there and chill for the day while we soak up the vibe of the loc. Maybe I'll bring a picnic basket 
For people who wish to contribute with money, I have an idea : I have a fiend who has a resort close to our loc. There are also a couple of campsite/lodge places. So, I would love it if he got some business. It would such nice promotion for the right kind of tourism
Now I will never take money from you. This would be ugly shit.
But maybe I would ask for you to transfer funds to an artist as advance. Pay for tickets, etc.,etc...
In return, you get a room(proper room with bathrooms and beds and chairs ) that should make you very happy for the 2 days of the gathering. .
The rooms each contain 2 double bedrooms and a sitting area with a sofa cum bed. Each contributor would get one bedroom. They get to share the living area.
The place is gorgeous, I can promise you this.
I will facilitate this by taking his entire spare capacity for 2 days. I say spare capacity because some people who come might choose to take rooms themselves or stay in the campsite/lodge close by.
With all the extra money I save, we get even bigger sound and a setup from the depths of hell.
I see full circle of love.
But please remember, whether or not people decide to go this way, the gathering is on and there is absolutely no entry fee.

nice thought ... hope you can work it out ... all the best for this venture ... usually if the thought is pure ... it can be done ... do it for the real reason and not for any dealing purpose please ... let the music be the real deal.

The path of Dhamma is my favourite path as well..it's not easy sometimes.
I promise you this - my only intention is to have a Trance Dance Experience which leaves every single dancer brain damaged (in a good way of course).

evryones supportin verbally and might be even physical help in setting up stuff,decor etc etc.....but pray tell me whose gonna be the first to throw his money into the hat without any other knowledge of whats gonna happen with it....no bad vibes just wanted breatheasy to know ..its easy t o garner support out here on isra...but translating it into real help , physical n financial is difficult !
