Here are my favorite and brief description of why...
East West Symphonic Orchestra PLTM Edition -
Perfect orchestra underneath ya fingers hehehe
no need for reverb they have ambience already which is great!!!
East west Ra - Awesome ethnic collection, the key switches are impressive as well as all the samples used Grade A stuff! Not Quantity but definitly QUALITY I have taken my style to the next level with this!!! Worth cheking out you will be jacking off to this for years!
samples: Canira The Essence Of Panflute
Best panflutes i've heard off good enuff to jack-off with, these babies blow me everytime off man a lil reverb and delay and these sounds take u to the amazons, awesome! GET IT it's a must panpipe in ur collection.
I like also latigo and darbuka both are great percussion modules, they can really help the shit out when ur not familiar programming latin or arabic rhythms a must for any one who like to mix elements from other genre to yours, i sure can't play any of those rhythms
so they open more creativity in my mixes HEHE
spectrasonics - africa 1 & 2 , Asia 1 & 2,
Hanz zimmer guitars 1 & 2 fuckn radikal... no need to say more....
I'll be mentioning more later, the purpose of this thread is to help those make decisions when looking for the best of the best that sound real and i mean really real in the right hands!
This thread also will be of use to the folks in here who are more into psyambient pieces, or for some looking for a change, ya know those of us who get bored of the usual full on and wanna mix things up.
No virtual synths, or analogs please lets keep it real organic sounds...
I also wanted to mentioned that all these produce better sounds than lets say a korg triton or an motif or even the korg m3...
remember the manufactures got to keep the content small to fit in rom so they sacrifice sound or flexibility not with sample collection or some of those synths they will run according to ur computer if ur like me u atleast have an other computer to run more synths from... Best regards I'd like to see some respondses with other great realistic sounds
This time no BOOM let it be TTTRRRIIIINNNGGG
(Guitar Strum)!!!

Gypsy looks very promising indeed, The demo's are breath taking, plus the synth has keyswitches which to me really make the sound come to life especially when u have bout 5 keyswitches thats pure sickness. Lots of people forget how well organic instruments compliment a mix, everyone gets caught up with the electro sounds
but adding realistic instruments of great quality and programing can make a mix stand out more than the usuals... this is the sound im experimenting with now and can say its much more powerful in a emotional way than full-on...
back on track I also like ethnic vocal samples, indian and chinesse plus african in general, Im getting into music scores and listening to hans zimmer really has opened my ears into having that feal but with psytrance stuff, I think this is where its at well at least for me.
also check out the fab 4 it's a retro time machine to the sounds of the beatles hehe fucken pretty cool,
i like those old sounds umm ummm yum! |
