Wooow dude I just check your Discovery preset out and that sound very STYROFOAM to me :-p but that is not the sound i i am looking for... but maybe TOTAL is.
The sounds I look for are the mmm how to call those... uhhh space farts  those squeaky sounds like a old door opening or a fart from outer space. those squeaky squelchy noises... they sound like sawtooth or pulses with a very narow pulse width, perhaps they are just low pitched, lfo controlled sawtooth oscillators running through a high pass filter. A phaser would sound nice on those sound.
Does somebody wants to share some presets... so we've got a good place to start tweaking? |

Hi... i think what you want is even simplier. Just take any synth with assignable EGs like z3ta, albino or something and do what you just described, just control pitch / filter with an exclusive envolvent, then modulate decay or attack at will with low sustain.
I just came back from a party but when i recover maybe i'll try to create sum preset. It is not that hard to come with the quacks, frogs, chickens, farts, doors, etc. Just a filter sweepen'. |
