bro nubra valley is not the 1 which is famous not nothin compared to 'valley of flowers' in gharwal whisch is a 'world heritage site'
i have been to nubra (khardungla pass) it's really an awesome place but belive me bro 'valley of flowers' is a must go for all psyheads
i had taken sum stunning pics. but i tried to experiment with a new film n fucked my pictures up, i have taken sum wid the digi cam i'll post it soon 
route :- delhi - rishikesh - joshimath - govindghat from govindghat there is a 14km. treak to ghangharia, start early from govindghat (cause it's a long trek)
u'll have to make ghangharia as ur base cause camping is not allowed in the valley (make sure u have atleast 5 dayz in ghaghria cause it rains n landslides are a daily affair so the valley closes time n time again, u dont want to take all the hardship n then not see the valley )

p.s. the best season or the only season for this valley is august n september which ironically is the rainy season so be prepared

Maybe one day i'll visit some these places
if you can ... do a search at google about Chapada Diamantina from Bahia-Brazil ... places there like Gruta Azul, Cachoeira da Fumaça and etc... beautiful too. |
