I listened to it @ Tranceformation Festival in 2004 Carnival. It's sort of a Dub track. It keeps a male (stoned) voice singing: the marihuana hit my brain....the !@#$%¨ marihuana, marihuana hit my brain.
I posted on the Undentified section but i think here ppl will know more about chill..
Does any one got any idea who made it or what am i talking about?

from the groove corporation rmxes from the elephant house
reggae-dub style..

Yes first it is a remix indeed, the original song is quite old.. Then, be aware that the lyrics are anti-coke.. While many people think the opposite, haha.

ah... I know that a band called lords of acid have a tune called marijuana in your brain, cant remenber now if it is a dub track but here are the lyrics.
