I think its all about your ears...this works cause you hear formulas like that all your life...like the ABACA formula...but I prefer more "strange" recognizing...
and about Shpongle...it is amazing...the girls singing is something incredible...and the drummer...WTF!

So, too unlimited, DNA, Spongle, what's next? Lady Gaga?
Please don't kill or ban me for this !!!
Seriously though, To me the Beatles have something I like to call timeless music, because it seems to transcend aeras, so did Mozart and so did Cosma !!! And it is not so much about the fame, it is what emotions are evoked when you listen to their sound, Spongle hardly falls under that category, true, the production value is big, but I always found there to be a lack of flow.

Heh, its just another example of how incredibly subjective and personal music is. For me, Shpongle evokes an astonishing range of emotions (and quite full of flow? ) while the Beatles evoke...nothing :\

i gotta say that the beatles doesnt evoke any emotions at all to me. but i still get your point, what evokes emotions to me is generally songs i loved when i was younger, which is well, Too Unlimited, Maxx and other dance artist.
These days a lovely happytime fullonbass usually makes my day

If you're unable to hear it from that song then there's no hope for you!
(It's I-V-VI-IV, or in E: E-B-C#min-A)
