Lucid dreaming is a natural ability we all have, but it is usually ignored and never learnt how to be properly used. Dreams play an important part of our life and it is usually ignored too. You can learn alot from your dreams and learn how to solve problems or what the cause of your problems are using them.
Lucid dreaming is the name given to the ability to be consciously aware that you are dreaming in your dream, and, you are able to interact with your dream however you please. The only limit is your imagination.
