We are going to have some very talented fire performers from Houston for this event. Burn ban or not it looks as though we are going to have a hyperdrive xlr8r by the main stage. The venue owners have their own fire truck, so they have lee-way in burn bans.
A new edition to the event will be a workshop in the morning by the downtempo area for those trancers looking to join the burner community. Everything else is falling into place quite nicely....as my wife Jessica said the venue is gorgeous, especially where the downtempo stage is at.

surely this town cant be called that because of its lack of elavation. what an unoriginal name for a town in my native pennsylvania there is a town called East Texas.

Nah.....Flatonia has some rolling hills and such. I think a lot of it is farm community and mainly untouched land. Compared to lots of states this would be flatland though.

Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts from the US and around the world. This party seems to be drumming up a lot of local support to truly be an information drop and another step towards truly building a strong community out here. We are honored to have so much positivity swirling around this gathering

I am getting excited! We have less than a week to go. I wanted to let you guys know that Anna Vlada along with a group of other talanted talanted fire preformers from Austin,Houston, and San Antonio will be preforming Saturday night. I haven't seen this group of people preform together before but I was told that these were a group of professionals who have been doing this for many years.
No immatures and they will be in costumes and all!
Check the link on the flyer for directions and we will also be posting up detailed directions this week. It's about a 4 hour drive from Dallas,1 hour (if that) from Austin and Houston and about an hour and a half from SA.
There will be one vending booth selling cd's,dvd's,shirts,music and etc. make sure you bring EVERYTHING to get you through the night to the next afternoon.
