i ve been there many times so i can tell u that the place is just AMAZING..one of the best places i ve ever been to.if the weather is good u ll have a perfect time.the capacity of mamba is not big,about 200 ppl and less r comfortable there.but there is the beautiful beach in front so no worries.. just all wish for a good weather,coz if not weather in pilio can be rough even in summer.wish u all the best! |

when one of you lucky beingz return from the festival, i need you to tell me who waz on stage on Sunday 26/09/04 - 06.06 am, coz man.. i felt hiz vibez all the way here in Athens !! 4.7 on the richter scale !!

Went there just on Saturday night and returned yesterday.
AMAZING place next to the beach,in the morning the sunrise was a superb experience,the club was also very nice.Great decoration and decent soundsystem for the place.
Around 300-400 people there mostly from Athens and some people from Thesaloniki.Nice vibes and people dancing all around.
I managed to listen to Alex from Parasense who played really nice and Etnica live perfomance and Max Dj Set that were both really amazing.
Unfortunately Pan Papason went on the dj decks after Etnica and played possibly the worst dj set i have ever heard in my life,i mean the guy even played a tune that had to be a 'psy trance' remix on the theme from Inspector Gadget (Astinomos Sainis LOL),sorry but too fast and noisy music for me for those morning hours.I wish Celli could play on this time so that i could enjoy some new Vatos Locos and Earthling tunes.
So because the music was getting worst and worst i decided to leave and return to Athens.
Nice event overall and i bet a nice festival could take place there next summer cause the location is just majestic.

i really want to see when something in greece will be done right. it's the second time in the same summer that i wake up and everyone has dissapeared, when there should be another day of partying......
it's also the second time i get the funny feeling i've been fooled, not only for the suspicious moves of the organisers, but also because they once again failed to give true and honest explanations. and don't dare blaming it on the rain on sunday afternoon cos i remember u saying that:

too bad, cos i was having a great time on friday and saturday and i was once again left with anger and frustration. keep in mind that once again, judging by the result, u failed to convince me personally about "doing the best for this event" (same bullshit i am used to hearing all the time) as you have previously said...
now that i let it all out, i can mention the good things that make me think that it was finally worth the journey all the way from athens to pilio and back. the place was really beautiful. sea, beach and surroundings were amazing!
music was great both days. i liked protoculture and p.o.g. on the first day. loic only played one track (!!!) if i am not mistaken, but it was the best i heard in the whole party. on the second day i (surprisingly) liked zolod's set, except for that stupid but funny track full of farts, retches and spits (i just could not take it seriously). pan drove everyone crazy in the morning with a powerful and energetic set (always mixing and never resting!) 
an8rwpos, if i am not mistaken it was max and maurizio playing at 6am sunday morning (blasting as always!) 
EDIT: oh, it seems u beat me there detox (posting before me lol). too bad we disagree on pan's set. all the crowd were dancing like crazy and having a great time! .
Respect is earned, not demanded...

are you two gonna sit and argue about the attendance of the party? what if it was less than 300 and what if it was over 500? does it make any difference? did u get what you were promised and/or what you expected from such a party (remember it was supposed to be a 3-days party)? did you get the chance to listen to all the artists mentioned? what about facilities? food? water? so it seems that you are satisfied with every other aspect of the party and the only problem was that there wasn't enough people... nice......

the place was beutiful, no food, no good toilets, but the music was very very good. as for me i was in a room at makrirahi village so no problem about facilities or other stuff (never counts on other..) the sound was nice but sometimes was cut for a few seconds... it was nice festival good music...

explanation for the party
a lot of problems appeared when we arrived there
the first one was the fucking bustard i was involved on this business, the other guy we ware organized the party with. we realized that this rat hasn't do any promotion on Thessalonici at all.
so as usual the biggest presenting of the people was from athens.
we managed to cut only 350 tickets and we want 550 to cover expenses so now i am in the situation of owing 10000 euros me and 5000 this bastard.
the second problem that appeared was the cut off of the sound suddenly on the noon of the second day . the connection of the place was from this guy kostantinos so he haven't pay the place and he disappeared so the owner had cut the power until he find the guy to take his money so the party fuck up totally
celli pist off because he didn't managed to finish his set and he have the desire to blast also wrecked machine live and set canceled and spesies also with compressor.
i would like to ask for all the people that came a big sorry
i have tried my best to make this party and if i had a good help from a serious partner from thesaloniki the party will have been a killer party for sure
now because of this i have arrange wrecked machines to play at a party here in Athens on the 9/10
and also parasense with xp will play this Saturday so if you like the situation there i hope to see you on this parties
