Somebody knows what's the deal on this one? It seems to be out on the net for ages and no official word on the release anywhere.
Somebody knows what's up with it?

personal opinion:
1. stupid
2. as far as i've listened to the tunes, they aren't remixes.. they are covers, that makes it more stupid
3. if they actually were remixes it might have gone well, but it didn't
extreme |

I liked it even less than their Vicious Delicious album (just when I was wondering if something worse from them was possible).
I heard rumors they got their hands on unreleased stuff from The Doors, like vocals and stuff like that. But rumors are just rumors...

So here are facts to cut the crap..
Adam Freeland got access to some unrevealed recordings indeed, as his remix (which is imho one of the best dance music tune i've ever heard) is an official order from the Doors staff (on his own label Marine Parade which released the EP, where you can see the famous Doors logo). On the remix you can hear Jim shouting "Hello" louder, so to speak (!), than on the original song.. I can imagine the supa big patator excitation it had been for Adam when he got the phonecall from the staff, hehe..
There was already a thread dealing with this mysterious "album that is strongly looking like an home-made compilation with unreleased + available stuff" and gathering, like piko_bianko, mostly covers not proper remixes..
If you do listen to Adam Freeland's one, you get the difference.. Light years of difference, hehe..

I dont know what are u guys talking about.. IM remixes/covers are very nice !..
this was suppose to be release somewhere, but it came into the net earlier.. so dont know what will happen now..
and again, I like those IM remixes.. it all about taste.
