i´ve been around for a longer time now waiting for the horrible search function to be improved. i see so many people complain about that as well.. isra is such a cool forum, so why not go ahead and improve the SEARCH function.. so many threads start "i tried to search but i could not find anything" even though the topic had been covered many times before.
many repeatedly upcoming threads would be not here it if the search was able to show ALL THE HELPFUL ADVICE ALREADY GIVEN!

what i find annoying in the first place is the fact that you actually have to choose the forum, then 7 days or weeks or "old posts" or whatever. it takes ages to even start searching..
what i would fancy is a simple search function within the "Production, Music Making & DJing" forum you can just hit something into and is gives you all the threads google-style chronologically ordered or ordered by "best result".
simplification is the goal.. and maybe a bit better preview style of the found results.
and then in addition an advanced search for deeper shit including author, dates, connected words whatever..

I prefer to use Google search when I'm looking for something discussed at here.

I do not think you'll ever see any improvements in this community. It's old old talk and apparently those who are in charge of improving things does not visit this place much.
What the world of psytrance need is a proper International community not serving national interests and with a "staff" keeping things up to date. IMO of course.
