after that break in the beginning, I feel like the bass doesn't come in big enough. I don't know if lowering the reverb there would make it bigger. If you dropped the wet to 0% for like 2 seconds, it could help.
It sounds to me that the reverb in the entire song is very high, but I guess that's part of this style. I think you could play more with completely 'dryer' sections of the song. Especially for breaks.
But the song does sound very good. And the production is great. Is that sylenth for the bass?

thanks! yeah i played alot with reverb and thats nothing i will take away though.. The baseline synth is Audiorealism Baseline. |

The kick+bass sounds a bit soft to me, the rythmic pulse dissappears underneath the reverb...Maybe a better cut-through method or less reverb?

Yeah, I like it, nice sample...I think I might add a little more melodic variation, the loops sound good but they could change a little bit more in terms of some sequencing variation and some timbral variation...and I agree the low end could be a little more present, but all in all it has a good vibe and good production feel to it, I'd like to hear it when you're done with it. |
