Hilarious indeed. Kim Jong-Il is a funny guy, if you forget about the rather sad background for a minute.
Detox, this grey/violet jacket is some kind of uniform, that's why they all wear it. By the way, I read that in North Korean newspapers, Kim Jong-Il has repeatedly been said to be a trendsetter for the western countries and that his style of clothing was being copied all around Europe. I've never seen anyone else wearing that jacket, though.
