maybe it is not meant to be the future of psy but a very nostalgic version of trance, techno, rave oriented style.... as mentioned before like 2 unlimited.....

i still prefer the old stuff by KLF though

hehe,personally i like that it is some energy there and a bit more intense than similiar stuff he has done,i would not call it psychedelic compared to other stuff that is out there.But i think that it can be good for people wanting to dance in the sun and have some fun but dont think it fits when you are after a deeper experience.
