Full On existed way before Avi Shmailov and Ari Linker made it.... Take a listen to Avi Algranati's early work and many other bands from Israel and indeed UK such as the early work of Dino Pasaras ect.
And for goa trance...well yes Avi and Lior was some of the pioneers but there are many others such as Kode IV from USA (Goa Gill, Peter and Adam - Now only Peter and Adam), Doof, The Infinity Project, Hallucinogen ect. ect.
So see you're quite off the wall with your history of goa/psy trance mate

There was artists earler than Intact and Atmos that used progressive elements... Heck the progressive sound is not at all new. It's been here all the time we just called it rhythm

Goa - Definatly not Astral, since they havn't been to goa in their early years. I think it was created by Goa Gil,Raja Ram (as TIP) and the rest of the pioneers.
Progressive - I'd say Der Dritte Raum (first album released in 96) I think. |

progressive: Gumbo - The Quickening from no other than Simon Posford in 1993
just listen to the sample
http://www.shpongle.com/hallucinogen/mp3/gumbo-the_quickening.mp3
sounds so MUCH better than 99% of today's "progressive" artists.. and it was done 10 years ago!
