Any idea about when and where the first ever trance festival (not party) was staged outside of goa.
Israel maybe?
Just wondering.

Defo NOT Israel - lol - hahahaaaaaaaaa
Cissbury Rings in the UK
Hawkwind playing 'Watching the Grass Grow'
and loads of people on acid actually watching the grass grow, as you do
and that mad woman spinning this UV thingy and smiling all the time
Oh - 1984
Silly subject really if you wanna include the Beanfields
Have a look at this:
Alan Lodge commentating. He can take you back to the first festival
Mind you, prior to that, we were having fests, so I guess it's tricky to define when the first fest happened and who made it - innit - but we certainly made them first in the UK - the rest is CJB and loads of us going abroad to say, um... Orgiva - bad move - Teknival City now
But yer
First Fest?
Well Ozora won - they are doing summat right!

Use the search...
"Thousands of years ago, deep in the darkest jungles of the Amazon, the ancient Incas discovered the mystical vibe..."
