Well freaks, yestarday is the day that Dutch governement announced already expected desission to forbid the legal sale of mushrooms in Holland. Now they fall under the same law like other opiac's (coce, heroine, etc..)Expected because since almoust a year there was a debate about this isuue to forbit or not, after an incident last year where an 17 year old (french) girl jumped from a bridge and died, after they discovered that she was on effects of mushrooms. And the governement said this desission was made because of bad use specially by the foreign tourists. So one more defeat, I am just affraid that one day they will forbid cannabis also because of this drug tourists.

Someone really needs to educate the tourists how to behave while tripping on magic mushrooms.

well you see them arriving fridays , beer, mushrooms, weed, some of them red light district then on street they got some coce, mdma etc... and all that in 2 days a big mix in a strange city with strange people no wonder they flip out ... but the others who consume it with responsability are now not any more able to buy it. But ok we can still by a kit and let it grow at your place so in couple of weeks you have own and you can always get some peyote etc...

Well, the sales of dried mushrooms was already illegal in holland, now there's this follow-up law that forbids fresh mushrooms. If shops decide to sell the fresh mushrooms they'll be closed.
They do specifically mention dried and fresh mushrooms, and it's not obvious if this also means spores and the wellknown sealed grow-kits...
Though there is an obvious problem, if fresh mushrooms are illegal, where will the spores keep coming from?

Well the grow-kits are not forbidden, in all smartshops they will be availible to get. and the fresh/dry mushrooms they are illegal, cause this is not yet realy very clear, the discussions about continues.

i think its fair enought to blame the drugs tourits because i´ve been in holland several times and i have many dutch mates and they always behave properly in mushroom trips even in public but if you go to ams you can see loads of freakz completely insane bound to make stupid things all the time.. but of course there are many tourits that behaves properly indeed.. this new law came a bit late i reckon.. its a shame but like i said.. its fair in my opinion but i dont think it will apply to cannabis.. not so soon at least..

Don,t be so sure anOM. We heard it before, right mate?? Anyway, cannabis won't matter no more. If this decision gets by, then everything will change. Cannabis will be next, eventually since the drug tourists are not behaving cause of the mushroom effect. The drug tourists are making quite a noise for nothing "Hey mom, I'm in Holland and guess what, I'm stoned, hhaa !!! Hoops, this girlie is watching me.. Amm.. ouga ouga.."
