Yes, I've noticed that detail myself. I'll DVR it, so I guess it's cool. Just think, if they win the cup while I'm playing, it would pretty much make for the most epic set ever!! I'll throw on Zombie Nation mid set. It'll be brilliant.
Go Flyers!

Had to leave early. Awesome music first night though. Despite cops killing the volume almost completely. Badass (quiet) set from Brandon, Cris and Vish in the morning were killer too. Loved monastic squid. Great tunes and a very nice guy!
Elektrik killed it by the pool fri.
Hats off to psi, light o matic, psybotik, pex, rizumu and the lot. I'll bet tonight will be even better!

As of right now, I just want to say that I rarely was surrounded by such nice people during a festival, even though at times I felt more at a Club Med + Psytrance (and drugs for quite a few).
However, in the end, it was all worth it for this last morning's sets starting with SCORB!
I'd like to hear more details from the organization before moving on with more details (mostly regarding the first night's main stage cutoff, which really lasted till i think 8pm saturday).
Either way, I had a FANTASTIC time, regardless of the issues (also what's with the slanted main stage dancefloor).
It was far from perfect, but definitely glad i made the double bus trip from Boston!

Hi Riton, thanks, I'm glad you had a nice time at the festival
About the main stage.. what happened was that the police visited us with a noise complaint around 1-2AM Friday night. They made us turn it down so much, that we could not continue on that stage. Luckily, we had the pool stage, which was more isolated and could be played louder. So we relocated there for the rest of the night. When the sun came up, I took the main stage sound system apart and we moved it, along with the DJ equipment, to a spot facing away from the person who was complaining... So we were able to move back there for Saturday, though we had to watch the volume the whole time.
Nobody was too happy about that. But what I am happy about is that we were able to successfully deal with the police and keep the music going. The police threatened to come in and shut us if we didn't deal with the problem, and we were able to prevent that. So I am very grateful for that because it was such a nice weekend in every other way.

Heaven is an eternal pool party with sweet beats, cocktails, sunbathing and family. THAT was the festival for me. The main trance stage was kicking on the last day. Too bad about the sound problem but it was great how everyone came together to make sure the speakers were moved and the party went on. It was better to dance facing uphill than to the side. It was harder to keep my balance dancing sideways to a 70 degree slope, lol. I also like how the pool itself became a separate dance floor oh, and the magic down pour during Shane Gobi's set was unforgettable. Coalesce was small but awesome! I'm looking forward to a part 2 next year. Big kudos to all the orgs, artist, volunteers and attendees to making such a happy gathering manifest in such a short time. Pix and videos coming soon.
