ok, the 1st post was and old fool reminiscing the "classics" but now
ladies and gentlemen let me present to you some dope, hands in the air material from anjuna beats. this is such a marvelous label
i met paavo (one of the blokes from above & beyond) a couple of times in ´94, ´95 and he was very focused and ambitious already then.

my fav chesses are, Pecorino romano, just with a nice slice of bread and of course Parmigiano reggiano with pasta and of course you can't make a pizza without Mozarella its also nice in a sandwich with just tomatos and olive oil, basilica, pepar & salt.
