Mg trigger gate for quick and easy chopping
Destroy Fx Midi gate for wanting to assign midi notes to control the gate.
I've recently had success using the Killer+ gate and it's got some cool lfo and fxs to it as well...
Though my alltime favorite that I have used that I plan on purchasing because the demo version doesn't do it justice.... Camel Space... Worth every penny IMO.
An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines. |

The yamaha series have a compressor with a very "direct" noisegate...
Very recomendable ! |

Cool. I'll definitely go for a ride on the Camel, it looks pretty sweet. I hope it ain't too much of a CPU whore though cuz I'm only running a 1.2Ghz at the moment. |

It's a little cpu heavy, but that's because its a gater with a sequencer, reverb, delay, filter, flanger, and I think a couple more things. If you are wanting to just chop up stuff, I'd use something like the mg trigger gate of the destroy fx midi gater.
