Mg trigger gate for quick and easy chopping

Destroy Fx Midi gate for wanting to assign midi notes to control the gate.

I've recently had success using the Killer+ gate and it's got some cool lfo and fxs to it as well...

Though my alltime favorite that I have used that I plan on purchasing because the demo version doesn't do it justice.... Camel Space... Worth every penny IMO.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

The yamaha series have a compressor with a very "direct" noisegate...
Very recomendable !

Cool. I'll definitely go for a ride on the Camel, it looks pretty sweet. I hope it ain't too much of a CPU whore though cuz I'm only running a 1.2Ghz at the moment.

It's a little cpu heavy, but that's because its a gater with a sequencer, reverb, delay, filter, flanger, and I think a couple more things. If you are wanting to just chop up stuff, I'd use something like the mg trigger gate of the destroy fx midi gater.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.
