Which VST-synth do you think has the best sound? Forget about the presets, about user interface, about performance requirements. Think only about which one has best and most interesting nature, best warmness, analogueness, timbre, whatever. Both the generic timbre, filter timbre, etc..
I think that the best ones I have tried are Sylenth, Massive and Arturia Prophet, but I haven't really used them so much.

the one that sound the best to you ...but you can t go wrong with massive,sylenth,ace,dcam and largo (this one more digital but sound good and easy to program )

yes agree it seems it don t cut thought the mix like some other synths but i haven t used much so i m not really sure... but with some processing it s ok,got some good result with clipers,distortions |

for the price of a virus ti you can get all the best vsti + a analog synth like futur retro xs , the choice is easy to me

What I tend to do with Omni is get a patch I like, then bounce what I want down to audio, save the patch in Omni then remove the track with Omni running in it, or at least freeze the track with Omni so that it doesn't destroy my CPU :\
