Melicia,Dynamic,Beat Hackers,Fatali and Bizarre Contact...between others.
Vick Sheffi from Cyber Cartel Project was for me the best Israeli artist last year,his album was just...perfect.What a talent!!!
Can anyone tell me if he's going to release another one soon?

Ok I also say sub6 were my favorite new artists this year!
right up there with beat hackers and winter demon
so can someone please tell me who sub6 are? I need more info, maybe interview?
