I have a novation remote 25, not the sl one. I've really come to like it alot. It's keys just feel really good. I've went and tried others after having this one and nothing else compares to the keys on it. I actually like the controls on mine though. Yes the knobs and sliders are plastic like, but they are very precise.
The only thing I don't understand is why all controllers seem to be going to nothing but these endless knob controls. I like them for doing small slow adjustments, but for live tweaking of controls I prefer a regular pot style knob. Hmm maybe I'll warm up to them more. Fortunately the remote 25 I have has both types of knobs and also sliders, i'm pretty happy, though I wish I had the 49 keys |

Round up means when they test and compare different hardwares in order to see which is the best choice and why.
