I doubt how many people on isra would say Cosmo and Highko aren't dark psy artists. Well, lets give the artists themselves a chance to write in this thread. I suggest that you go through these two interviews by the artist (Cosmo) and check what he says about himself as well as Highko and Kindzadza.

I started playing the old styles of Skazi, Infected by the time they were really nice producers, but this music has bored me as it became unlistenable and I had to find something new in the music. That´different was the dark psychedelic trance!
Well, Noise Poison is Cosmo, Highko and Iguana (Naked tourist). It´s a german label focused on dark psychedelic music which we decided to start 2 years ago an so far we have already some releases.
Live in dark man! Dark music is the real psychedelic!

i know a lot who would all noise poison style music is for the morning..period.. if you have heard cosmo play anywhere? you would know he plays during the morning hours...same with highko...monkey valley 2004 vs. woooohooo |

Bro, did you read the Cosmo interviews? The point here isnt about the time when an artist plays. If a morning artist played in the evening, what would you call him?

Personally, I do not like Cosmo music a lot. However, dark psy is the only major genre of psytrance i listen to. So, im not dumb when it comes to which artist plays what and I dont think its mandatory to attend 10 outdoor gigs to understand what style an artist or DJ makes!
Im not here to judge artists attitude and this thread is about dark psy artist names dude, not about their attitude.

all we agreed in diferents way to kall it dark, we seen it in this post, we must respect every artist with his own definiton of his kind of music.
but cosmo is no dark 4 me neither the others, so whom we call to the real darkers? hell trance ?
highko is dark full on in some tracks he puts dark samples i agree, but those cymbals too often, too repettlly, too open.. naa
thats why i´ve benn following more Ocelot, he is a trip commander, the trully psychedelic, kinda evolution of goa, but respect all no doubt! peace
